Excellent for hearing impaired to watching TV for extended time.
Excellent Bluetooth headset for long term wear. My mother has difficulty hearing the TV, the TV has built in Bluetooth audio. She is able to wear these all day long while watching TV. Battery life is great and audio quality is crystal clear. The only feature that should get tweaked is the audio buttons. Moving them to the SIDE of the headphones would be more convenient than on the top. My mom needs to take off the headphones in order to press the volume buttons.A big plus is the ear pieces extend more than enough, making the headphones comfortable and light on the ears.

Awesome headphones
Awesome headphones. I love how they vibrate when I receive a call and they say the person or number thats calling when connected. They are very loud and the sound proof is awesome. I love the case they come in thats a plus. I will buy another pair to suprise my mom!

Good value
Good value for money. The only reason I'm giving four stars is it's a little bulkier than I wanted, but sound quality & clarity is good. Battery life is good too. For the price, it's great!

Great quality, long long battery life and comfortable and easy to use!
My second set, it lasts forever, good depth of hearing. I have other kinds but this set is my go too for driving without using the car or phone. It’s easy to use, seems to last forever. My first set broke after trying to use it with a neck brace after surgery. Other buds batteries do not last as long as these do! Great quality, excellent price, comfortable enough to fall asleep with (usually happens during meditation videos)! Wish they were touch operated but the button is fine. Will always buy again when these wear out and it’s been over a year of constant use with these.

Good headset for the money with one caveat -- comparison with LG810
I was looking for a comparable replacement to my LG810 series headsets which I had used for a few years but finally gave way. What I liked about that headset is that it was around neck design, two earbud stereo, and retractable ear buds (previous dangling type are extremely annoying). The LG series had JBL and so I was concerned that the sound of much less expensive headsets would be too much a compromise. The BearTwo headsets are very similar in concept with the black plastic, wrap around the neck, retractable ear buds. The buttons are even in similar positions as the LG series. Fortunately the sound quality was good enough compared to the much more expensive LG JBL with their bassy-leaning EQ which is good for me and appreciated for online news clips or music (if you like mid range or treble range EQ like a LAN line or you have hearing loss in the bass range then there are probably better options). LG sounds a bit better to me on direct comparison because it has the bassy EQ but it also has more midrange tones making volume adjustments less necessary to hear the caller. The build quality of the BearTwo appears to be excellent. This headset is foldable and comes with a nice carry case (LG did not). The retractable ear buds can be retracted safely and quickly with front facing button on each wing (LG had a yank and retract type which worked well but ultimately caused me to yank too hard and end its life after two years; unclear if that will be the fate here). BlueTooth works well so far. Haven't tested it for distance (an area LG excelled at) but it is rated at 33 ft. Some things that are not as good and are important considerations, is that the BearTwo headset is bulkier, heavier, and somewhat less comfortable resting on the clavicle due to its more protruding profile than the LG (in fact it is twice the width of the LG and three times the width around the neck!!). Please see attached photos. This is not a deal breaker with normal use but I exercise in the gym and even play tennis with my headset on. Sometimes I lie in bed and use it to listen to programs on YouTube when I don't want to disturb my partner. The BearTwo headset slides right off your neck if you are lying down! There is no hope of it staying on with its inherent size and weight. It can also easily lose position around your neck if you lean in a certain direction. The LG design is superior in that regard where it has a flatter and lighter profile that rests more comfortable on your clavicle and around your neck. It never fell off and you forget you are wearing it. So that is perhaps my main gripe about the BearTwo that will affect performance. Most likely they couldn't copy the LG design due to design patents but I am sure they would have flattened the profile if they could have. There is no reason to make it so bulky. Otherwise at a much lower price of the LG and other wrap around type headsets and with no sound or bluetooth performance problems, it is hard to not be pleased with the purchase overall. We'll see if the one caveat leads me to buy another in the future or go with a different design. For now I will keep the LG as well for athletics, working out in the gym, for environments where bassy EQ is challenging, and when lying in bed [FYI: while the headset gets better ratings than LG does, readers should know that this is probably due to the influence the company is having with incentivizing buyers with $25 amazon gift cards to rate them online shortly after purchase; you have to send them your submitted review before they send you the gift card; it is unclear if they ever send the $25 card or if they punish negative reviews; it does not mean they are bad headsets or its a scam however and for the price they are good headsets but most likely they would get a 3.7 rating overall if the company wasn't manipulating].

An older version (2024 ) Calls made or received can't be heard unless turning on/off device.
Update to review: This has been used more for listening to A/V rather than phone calls. Have noticed on phone calls after some trouble shooting to ensure it's not system settings that I can be heard but cannot hear the caller on the other end without first turning off the device and reconnecting which is obviously highly annoying and failure of the product. It's also noticed when making a call. When calling there is an unusual delay on if the call is actually going through. It's not immediate then it will connect with same result of unable to hear the caller. Again, turn off and on the device while in call and then it works correctly. I purchased an identical style of headset yet different brand name and it works perfectly so it is this headset. Unknown at this time if there is any warranty past the 30 days on this device. Unless just using it to listen rather than for calls it works fine but may have to junk it in favor of the other reliable brand. This model is an older model purchased before purchasing the 2024 version as it is marketed but generally the overall quality and usage of the device is the same.Ear buds that can be easily lost are the least preferred so the neckband types are most suitable to preference. Some smaller profile neckbands were purchased in the past and have worked well so this was an attempt to try a little bit different style since the earbuds retract rather than those that connect magnetically to the neckband also leaving wiring exposed. There are tradeoffs. these are a bit cleaner and easier and wiring and given the retractable earbuds but they are a bit bulkier as a result and less forgiving in flexibility. They do fold for easy storage which may make traveling with them a little easier as they do come with a nice zippered case that stores the headset and the charging cable. I also like the fact that it can be used for other purposes if not for use with the headset. They are thicker to house the retractable feature so a little less forgiving in the flexibility as some of the other headsets with magnetic earbud storage. The charging connector is on the bottom of the headset. That could matter depending on your charging habits and how it may rest while being charged but not a factor here one way or the other. There are different colors (and at different prices as a result). Since I have other previous models similar in function getting used to these buttons took a little time but seems now natural to adjust to them. I do like the actual on/off switch as opposed to the type that require holding a button for a few seconds to power on and off. The latter sometimes makes it difficult to know when it's turned off or having to listen through the earbud whether it was turned on or off.The battery life seems way better than what I am accustomed to with some other models. Charging is usually done overnight or when low and a second set is alternated so length of charge doesn't cause any concerns. There are two buttons one on each side to retract each ear bud. To use just pull on the ear bud the desired length and press the button to easily retract. So far it has not failed to retract. Sometimes listening to podcasts only one ear bud is used at a time so nice that one is retracted while the other is in use.Overall I do like the functionality of this headset but do wish it was just a little less bulkier.
