If you are vegan or vegetarian and feel you are missing out on your omegas this is a great product. I have samcha inichi natural nut, powder, and now pills!

it's a good product but misleading on the amount you take, the reading says 2 pills daily, but the bottle says 2-6 gel caps daily, I am only taking 2 a day, only bad thing about it for me is they are hard to swallow because of the shape, I also am burping it up, was hoping I wouldn't do that with this product like the fish oil. I still recommend it.

I am vegetarian,so these Omegas are great for me, the soft gels are very easy to swallow and really lowered my bad cholesterol ,I recommend !!!

My husband and I have tried a lot of Omega oil supplements and this is our current favorite.
