The gummies taste fantastic! The health benefits of it though I mean like I literally used the whole bottle as instructed and I didn't see the benefit of taking it but you know everyone's chemistry isn't the same and maybe weight and age may have something to do with it or other medications. Hey I don't know for me they just turned out to an amazing expensive bottle of great tasting candy.
