I only just started taking these so I can’t speak on its full efficacy yet. However, I can describe that upon opening and taking it, I will state that they do smell strong and taste weird. This is my first experience taking collagen. I choose marine over bovine mainly because marine is supposedly absorbed better? The smell is like chemicals, almost fishy. And the taste is very sweet. I choose to take this with meals just in case so it doesn’t irritate my stomach. This is probably the way I will continue to take it. It is easy to chew (I wear partials, so no issues there). I’m hoping over time, I will see some results.

My wife has had some digestive issues over the past year and I looked into supplements that can help with overall gut health and noticed colostrum kept coming up. I ordered this supplement to try in gummy form as my wife already takes a bunch of vitamins and such in pill form. I have tried them and they’re delicious, hard to have just the serving size. My wife has been taking them a week now and has noticed healthier skin and her gastrointestinal pain isn’t as common. She sticks to the serving size religiously and plans to finish the bottle out before we get more. We are happy with this supplement, it’s a huge bottle for what you pay for it. Give it a try!

UPDATE: My totally true and honest review below was hidden by the sensitivity filter. Why???I held off writing this for a while but now I see I should have warned people months ago that they changed this product. The look, taste, and texture are all different and not for the better. I'm so sorry I bought extras during a lightening deal. Now I'm stuck with garbage that I cannot Ingest because it is AWFUL.I asked about the change in questions and the response said they'd be back to the original production in July but that the amount of collagen is the same. Sorry but the new ones are gross so the amount of collagen no longer matters. I reached back out this month, July, and the response said they are back to original but have to get through old stock first. Neither response cared that I wasted my money on awful product that I can't stomach because of taste and texture changes. There was no indication this product had changed when purchasing and they didn't seem to care that they stiffed me with garbage and I was unhappy about it. I had been buying these for some time and it was always consistent before.So now how are we supposed to know where they are in getting rid of old stock? And why do they want to keep duping customers with the inferior product? Honestly, it is bad enough they need to throw it out. I know I'm not buying again.It costs less to keep a repeat customer and they blew it with me by not getting that I'm not happy with the switcheroo. They didn't care to make me happy with the product I loved and used to buy regularly because they have to get rid of the crap stock first. I'm not made of money so I'm going to spend elsewhere.

I like the taste, I couldn’t tell much difference after taking them, but they are easy to take.
