I love the 4X Trading Journal! It's obvious that the creator(s) are traders themselves as they thought of everything that a trader needs to think through and write down. This high quality trading journal is worth every penny! The craftsmanship is excellent. I love everything about it including the size, it's durable, hard cover, paper quality, double ribbon markers and the closure band. But I especially love the thoughtful design and sections. There's something very powerful about writing down a plan and journaling the process and this journal delivers. I've owned it for less than a week and it has already helped me on my trading journey. I highly recommend to any new or experienced trader!

As someone who’s a newbie to trading, I found myself overwhelmed by everything. The 4x Trading Journal 2.0 is a game-changer. Its clean, intuitive format helped me focus on what truly matters. The trade checklists have been perfect for developing consistency in my every day approach. This isn't just a journal; it's a comprehensive tool for trading success. My right-hand man. I really like this journal. This helps me track my thoughts and causes me to write out my plan which helps me attempt to follow it, but also holds me accountable when I break my rules. Once it is written down I have something to work with. There are a few things that can be approved to help. Largely around the layout. Instead of having the weekly review and the trade pages separated, it would be nice to have several pages for the trade, then a weekly review page. so that you can record the trades and have them to easily reference when writing the weekly review. Having to flip back and forth is more tedious. I also tend to use 1 trade page per day, not per trade. It would be great to have 1 trade page for a days worth of trading and maybe number lines to reflect the number of trades you took. For instance on the daily trade page, have 1-5 - list the instrument, the set up, price, stop target, etc. and details of the trade. Have at least 3-5 lines for each trade. Those are suggestions. I do enjoy this journal.

This one came highly recommended by friends that trade. I am a newbie, so don't have enough actual trading experience, but I like the layout and it seems so intuitive to use.

I've been using the 4X Trading Journal for a couple of months now, and it has truly transformed my trading experience. The structured trading plan sections are incredibly useful for developing solid setups, and the comprehensive trade tracking ensures I meticulously log and analyze each trade. The weekly progress allows me to reflect, recount, and to continuously improve my skills. The journal is well-made, with quality paper (not cheap thin paper at all) and a durable cover. This is a must for any trader, especially beginners, looking keep better track of their trades, have a hard copy of their past moves, and to better their future GAINS!

What I like best is the very detailed trading plan section at the beginning of the book. It has these subsections under the trading plan:1. Know Yourself - this includes listing out strengths and weaknesses2. Trading Goals - there is room for four goals.3. Market and Timeframes4. Trading Routine5. General Risk Management6. Specific Risk Management7. Discipline and Rules - I love this section. I have so many rules I've created over time. But I don't always write them down, so this is great.8. Strategy - this has technical analysis items in it. The whole book is geared more towards technical analysis in general. I only dabble in day trading and when I do, it's generally because earnings were just released and I think I can make a little money as it shoots up, based on good earnings. So the section isn't really geared for me but nonetheless, I can still benefit from writing down my own strategy.9. Execution (Setups and Rules) - Again the specific information is geared towards technical analysis.There's one page of notes at the end of this section.The Weekly Review pages come next. Each Weekly Review includes 2 pages of Notes, which I appreciate.The Trade section is next - there's 1 page per trade.Lastly, there's 15 pages for free form notes (7 pages if you count front and back + 1 more).If someone is serious about day trading, I definitely think this would help them. For people like me who just like anything related to the stock market and do minimal day trading, I think the Trading Plan section is the most helpful. But I am going to start keeping track of my day trades with this and hopefully it will help me get better.

Got this for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift since he has been learning more about trading. It came quickly and as described. It has a lot of good templates and information to help him with his trading. He has been enjoying it a lot! We recommend!
