What hudge difference these have made to me personallyEspecially with urine and ph balance really recommended these

There are 120 capsules in this pot, which gives a two-month supply. There seems to be a plentiful range of bio cultures, as well as Cranberry extract and D-mannose, which are both good for bladder health. So, it's a good mix to help both digestive and bladder health. These are vegan capsules and have no fillers, binders, or other additives. Even the capsule casing is made from tapioca, which makes it suitable for me as I am a coeliac.They are a fair size, but not too large that swallowing them becomes difficult. They are odourless and tasteless. They can be taken with or without food, although I take them with my evening meal and a glass of water.I have been taking these for a couple of weeks and haven’t experienced any unpleasant side effects. I have noticed some improvement in both gut and urinary function, so that’s a good start.I think it’s a good price for 2 months’ supply.

The label states that it is best to consume then within six months of opening.Since taking the capsules they have been a great benefit to my digestive system which works more efficiently. I highly recommend them.

I've been taking this probiotics for a week now. I take 2 capsules after lunch or dinner. And so far so good. One thing that immediately caught my eye was the color of the capsules. They are purple, which is quite different from most supplements in the market. I checked the ingredients on the container and found out that they include cranberry extract, which likely explains the unique color.However, I was a bit disappointed when I noticed that each capsule only contains 15 billion CFU, not the 30 billion. I thought one capsule would have the full 30 billion. For a product that’s marketed as having 30 billion CFU, 15 billion per capsule feels a bit misleading for me.

Got these for my wife as they’re probiotics which help with various female issues regarding gut and vaginal health. She usually drinks cranberry juice when she had a uti so will see how she gets on if/when it does occur again. The tablets are on the bigger side though so plenty of water is needed.

I've been taking these daily and have seen some improvements.They definitely work, and they're not too expensive either. They're just what I needed.Definitely recommend.

I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks now and I’m so glad I found this product. It is so easy to swallow. You only need one capsule a day. It doesn’t smell or taste of anything. And you just need to drink a glass of water to activate it. Love that it’s not just for the gut but for intimate flora too. I will definitely buy again. Highly recommend.
