Been using this for 3 1/2 yrs. Started at at 7.0 Oct 21 and went to 5.4 Dec 13 2021. Never measured any higher then 5.9. Doctor wanted to put me on Metformin and the results don't lie.

I personally do not suffer from type 1 or type 2 diabetes; however, I am someone who struggles with constant sugar cravings and someone who is very sensitive to any kind of sugar or carb intake including healthy sources like sweet potatoes, fruits, starchy veggies, GF grains like oats, quinoa, rice, etc.. I am someone who focuses on whole, unprocessed foods so I was surprised when I still struggled with irregular blood sugar and cravings. I live an active lifestyle and knew my body needed to be fueled properly post-workout, but wanted to avoid spikes in my blood sugar. I’ve tried other supplements in the past, but nothing has impacted me as positively as Glucose Stabili-t by LifeSeasons. Plus it has all the backed-by-science ingredients for blood sugar support all in one bottle! I take 1 capsule with each meal (as directed) with great success. My cravings have diminished and I notice my body is utilizing my healthy carb intake without any spikes or crashes! I have more energy, feel less “hangry!”, and am able to fuel my workouts more effectively. Definitely will be purchasing this product again!

So far so good , seems to be having a positive effect on helping control blood sugar .

I’ve been using these for about a month and have seen a little change in my numbers. I have another bottle that I am going to take before I make a decision to order anymore.
