I have placed my order on 16th Oct 2024 and delivered on 5th Nov 2024, the same day return window was closed. Hence I was in fix and do nothing. I have opened it and found that there is no performance chart attached to both of them. There is no way to contact seller.

580Watts Solar panels
I have purchased 2 Nos of this panel for my off grid inverter. Compared to panels installed during 2017 , this is having very good performance. The Charging starts around 6.15 AM when Visible light is there where as earlier panels production starts 7.45AM. I am getting nearly 3.5 Unit of power per day as per ASHAPOWER MPPT controller which i have used along 24V 150AH Lead acid battery . Satisfied with the performance.!!!!!!

Complaint registered tak nhi hoparaha h waaree m.Jo log waaree ka panel online buy krrhe h unko service m bahot jhelna prraha h solar group k rhte h huye bhi service k liye koi technician nhi aaya h mere ghar. Tak5-8 saal baad agar diode bhi kharab hua toh company visit kregi ki nhi??Jab abhi yeh haal h 10 saal baad ka kya pata
