This Niacinamide powder does not taste good. But I didn't get it for it's taste. If you add 1/6th a teaspoon to a smoothie, you don't taste it. I've been taking this for quite a while and I appreciate that this version is flush free so that you don't turn bright red after you take it. I'm using this regularly and I haven't had any ill effects. These one seems just as good as the ones I've used previously.
