Fantastic heat pads,delivered quickly
These are stick on heat pads,absolutely amazing, far better than heat and smelly creams.not allowed wear in bed.took down a swelling on my hand,also great for aches after exercise

I have used various heat pads in the past which worked quite well,but these have NO adhesive strip on them,therefore they do not stick to clothing ,if used on your back they just slide down to the bottom of the back.Not worth the bother of returning them,I will go back to brands I have used before.
