CentoAnchovy Paste 100% Italian

In the past whenever I needed (or wanted) the taste of anchovies for a salad or a pizza or a recipe. I would buy the little tins of them, this is so much easier! I find myself using it more often now, and the added taste is just right. Love having it my refrigerator, I. Use a little dab of for sandwiches, try it.

Easy use for sauce and Caesar !

This was absolutely so tasty. I made a Caesar salad dressing using it. It taste was so good that I doubled the amount in the next batch. This is a great product with a wonderful taste at a good price.

Works for adding just enough anchovy flavor and certain recipes and salad dressings. Extremely overpriced, but lasts a fairly long time for me.

Was pleasantly surprised. I’ve used anchovy paste before, although a different brand. I like this brand even better! Used it in my Caesar dressing. Easy to use. I like to use a bit more than the recipe calls for because I do like the anchovy flavor. This paste is very flavorful without the strong smell and taste. I will purchase again.

Aside from the reputation Cento has for high quality this is a great value for your money.It may appear to be more expensive but check the price per ounce - this is almost double the ounces of the others.My package arrived in good condition even if it was shipped solo in a soft envelope. The anchovy paste is in a toothpaste like tube in a box so it was protected well enough (the box was a little smushed).All in all, great product, great price, great shop. I’m making Caesar dressing with this, but you can use it for sauces or anything that needs that umami.

We use this product for Ceaser salat dressing.It is very good and not too salty. My kids they even can not taste the anchovy inside the dressing.We will buy more

this is the one and only brand to use
