Went to doctors to get something to help me sleep he said I can continue with this medication and my prescription

My teenager uses this and says it works. We use it during the school year to help promote a healthy sleep schedule.

Was hopeful this would aid me in getting better sleep. Unfortunately, I notice no difference in sleep quality whether or not I use this supplement from night to night.Doesn't work at all for me. My insomnia persists. YMMV.

I use this product to reset my body when I find I am not sleeping for a couple of days. It works very well and you can use only as needed. When needed, I take for 3-5 days and then won't need it for weeks to months. I will supplement with a smaller dosage of melatonin if needed, but rare.

I have been using this product for more than 2 years. I have always had a hard time falling asleep and getting good deep sleep. I tried Melatonin for several months but felt it wasn't working very well. This product works so well for me! I fall asleep quickly, sleep deeply and wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day (most days) I don't have a groggy feeling in the morning. I would give this 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!
