Great running vest, even for a novice
When I was looking for a running vest I felt like an idiot as it seemed like these vests were for people running 20km+. Well, I’m here to tell you to ignore that noise and buy a running vest if you want one. This one is pretty good! I like that it comes with two bottles and a decent space in the backpack section for storing bits and bobs. I use this vest when I do short runs with my dog (the front pouches are perfect for dog poo bags and treats), and on longer runs. The straps adjust easily but don’t loosen while running. There are two steps across the chest which are comfortable while running and handy to straps things down with (dog lead, buff etc). I have a big phone and I can fit it in one of the bottle pouches, but not the zip behind the pouch. I can fit my AirPods Pro case into the zip at the top of the strap.Would recommend. Enjoy your running.

Great allrounder.
I’ve been using this for a few months now and can’t fault it. Plenty of room for a spare top,Water proof, hat, gloves and more. Pockets are a good size for a phone and a snack bar. I changed the water bottles out for soft flasks, one because off the noise of sloshing water and secondly the long straws give east access, the water bottle pockets are also big enough to hold 3 gels each as well as the flasks. The pack itself is very comfortable and easily adjusted on the move and the water and load reduce. Good for 50km. I’d consider a bladder for bigger distance if there was no where to refill bottles.

Good quality, good price, great first hydration vest
I love this, it’s my first hydration vest and I have not been disappointed. I didn’t want to splash out too much cash without first knowing if it worked for me, and I’ve been pleased with the quality. It will probably break at some point as I run a lot and there are some loose threads on the seams that I don’t like the look of. However, for the price and the fact that I got two bottles with it as well, I definitely can’t complain. It has more than enough space for water and fuel for up to marathon distance and potentially more - I haven’t tested it for longer than this. I don’t really notice it obstructing me at all, which I was initially worried about. It’s a bit heavier at the start but as I get more tired and have run further, the water and snacks have been consumed so it gets lighter as you go.Couple of things, I have an iPhone XS with a robust case and it can be a squeeze getting it into the pocket. You also can’t get it in without unclipping the straps across your chest, which means you probably have to stop to get it out. This has caused problems when I’ve been 10km from who knows where and had to stop to get my bearings, leaving my legs unwilling to get going again. However if I’d been sensible enough to check my route beforehand, it wouldn’t have been a problem.

All I needed for longer durations
I’m a leisurely runner who’s recently built up to occasional half marathon distances and for those longer runs - around two hours - I really needed to carry water. The price of these backpacks vary from the sublime to the ridiculous. Visiting a bricks and mortar store, the cheapest they had was a fashion branded model for £60 - and the essential water bottles weren’t included! Additionally, the design of that one wasn’t minimal and I imagine this would cause a lot of torso sweating. In contrast, this Geila model is light and minimal AND includes two 300ml bottles (check the option when purchasing!) which is enough for me on a HM. There is a pouch at the back for a water bladder (or waterproof jacket etc.) but I won’t be using that. The two bottles sit at the front and are easily accessible. There is a zipped pocket at the front too which is large enough to take my Samsung A32 Galaxy phone (for emergencies and essential music accompaniment - bluetooth earbuds probably needed). There’s a bit of adjusting to do so that the pack fits comfortably and doesn’t jog up and down when you run. I found on the first run, the side straps needed more tightening rather than the chest straps do. This reduced the bounce considerably. Of course, it’s not going to feel as good as running without a pack but it was a lot more comfortable than I expected, and not too sweaty! For the price, I’m really happy with this product.

Love it!
I bought this to replace the exact same bag that I'd been using for a few years but had a faulty zip. This bag is perfect for running with a bottle, mobile phone, keys, money, tissues, snack, spare layer etc and still have space in case you nip into a supermarket on the way home for a block of cheese etc. It's easily adjusted, lightweight and strong.Buy it!

High Quaily and Fantastic Running Aid
The backpack is light and extremely comfortable to run with. The small water bottles I purchased with the bag are really handy to use whilst running. I also purchased a bladder bag separately and this is also easy to incorporate in the backpack and does not make it feel any heavier as the weight is distributed evenly. I quite enjoyed the sloshing sound as I ran. The outlet hole for the bladder bag is at the top of the backpack, the pipe can be fed into the loop on the shoulder strap and a handy clip is available to use on the front of the holding straps.I had some concerns with the design of the outlet hole for the bladder and contacted the seller. I cannot fault their customer service and prompt responses. They were able to resolve my issue, they will update some information on the product description/photos to highlight the bladder outlet hole as it isn't/wasn't clear to me at the time of purchase. I was very appreciative of all their help.
