This is by far the best probiotic that I have tried. I love that it also has a prebiotic. I did a lot of research before deciding on this product. I was using a probiotic that was not as strong, and it just wasn't doing anything for me. I felt extremely bloated and uncomfortable most of the time. My friend uses these, suggested that I try them and so glad I did! I've always used the Renew Life brand from Walmart after trying 12-15 other brands, I always went back to them. I would say now this brand is my first choice with Renew Life second.

I have bought this before and it was fine but haven't started a new bottle because the one I am using smells real bad when you open the jar. I can't return a brand new unopened bottle because I bought too soon and its past the return date.
