FultonBirdcage One Women's Umbrella Navy Border One Size

Bought to replace a similar style umbrella that I lost. This one is excellent quality and holds up well in the wind. It does say in the product description, but just so people are clear, they put some kind of powder on it for transport. It says it will wash off in the rain but I found I had to give it a quick wipe, inside and out with a damp cloth. Overall very happy with it.

This is the best umbrella I've ever had. Being see-through I can pull it down over my shoulders therefore ensuring I don't get wet. It is beautifully made and looks very smart in my opinion. Also the opening and closing action is very easy to use.

Easy to oen/close, pretty sturdy, Kept my head and shoulders dry, but dripped on the back of my legs. I'm a bit rubbish with umbrellas, so wanted one that wouldn't poke anyone's eyes out, as that would be bad. success !! I didn't..

Sister seems to like it, she can see where she's going in the rain and its not a full "bucket" like the ones from the 60s

Keeps her hair dry .perfect

With the horrid british weather we have been having recently I thought to myself “let’s invest in a decent umbrella that can cover me nicely and it’s sturdier than the cheap ones you buy in supermarkets!”. Well, I was wrong. I never had an umbrella that lasted less than this. Yesterday it wasn’t even a little windy and still my umbrella snapped shut on me and I realised that the internal wire that was keeping the metal ribs together had snapped.As I said, it wasn’t windy at all. Obviously this happened not long after the 30 days warranty. It lasted less than two months and was used maybe an handful of times. Pretty disappointing.

Although this item was never used (to large for the elderly lady) I would recommend it based on just inspecting it. It was a good solid construction and a very good size!!! You could actually get two people under it which could mean it is possibly too large. It is a decent weight so not for the puny, but appeared to be very well made. I've marked it down to 4 stars purely because it was quite large and possibly unwieldy if you're not physically too strong, and it didnt actually get tested in wind and rain.
