Flavorful and aromatic
This is the best chai I have ever had. I had only had different store brands and an occasional tea shop variety but never had anything with the freshness and the aroma of this Chai. Yes, it is an extra step in preparation but it is worth it. It reminds me of making Mexican cafe de olla. Sometimes the old ways are just the best.

Tasted Great & Save the Tea!
The tea was great and had the strong flavor of chia. I did not discard the brewed tea. Instead, I saved it in a glass jar & put it in the fridge. Later, I used it again by brewing it in a filter cup like I did on the first day. I used some honey and coconut milk. It still tasted dark & looked dark. So, save it for the 2nd brewing to save $$!

Authentic Chai tea
I love Kolkata looseleaf Chai. It has a very authentic flavor and is super easy to make. There are no artificial ingredients and it smell amazing. I will never order a Chai out again. I like the decaf version for mid day consumption.

Expensive but delicious
This takes more time and effort to make than your average tea and I wasn't expecting that, but the delicious flavor you get is worth the effort and the price.

Absolutely beautiful. Rich aroma with fresh ingredients you can taste and see. No other chai will compare once you have this. It took me straight back to Kolkata. Directions are helpful and easy to use.

No spiciness
Meh. There is no kick to it even after I have added extra peppercorn and ginger it never really got that spicy flavor. It's a good mix, but a little bland overall. I'll finish the bag but I won't buy more.

THE BEST CHAI I have ever had making at home ! I travel to India yearly, and love Masala chai . This bprudyct is SOOO easy to make with and the flavors are so bold. What I love about this product is that you can se the whole leaves and spices in the bag . You are getting the real thing. In just 3 minutes , I get the fulled bodied flavor from the tea and spices which I never could get from any other brands . Forever my go to brand for a cup of authentic chia !
