So comfortable that I don't know that I'm wearing it. It also stays in place nicely. Does not slide up or down. If you wear loose fitting pants , no one will know you are wearing it. I'm on my knees a lot and if this product had just a little beefier knee cap cushion then it does, I would buy a second one and wear them all the time.Now there has to be a trade off between comfort and support. All this comfort means that there is minimal support.What support it has comes from the tension the elastic material puts around the knee joint and from 2 plastic? ( not sure what the material is ) strips. One located on the inside of the knee and the other on the outside of the knee. These strips are about 12 inches long and are very flexible and run vertically from top to bottom. The support they give is minimal but between the strips and the elastic tension there is some support. If you have serious issues with a knee that requires the knee not be allowed to move beyond certain parameters then this product is not for you. You need something sturdier.

I cannot give it a 5 star rating just yet. I have only been wearing it for ten days. It does support the knee with the stabilizers on the sides. The kneecap gel ring helps keep the kneecap from moving around and helps with kneeling down. I have worn it playing golf while walking and it is hardly noticeable, so that means it is comfortable to wear. This is worn on my right knee. My left knee has been replaced 6 years ago. The right knee has never hurt as much as the left did, but is getting closer. This knee brace has helped some for sure. Still testing it out.

I have tried many knee braces, and this one is the #1 brace on my list! I have had knee/joint pain, gout, cellulitis, and a superficial blood clot in the same leg. Each time this brace has given me the relief and support I need! I now own 3 of them in different colors.

I didnt like this type of knee support where you have to pull it up and rely in the elastics. Did not fit well unless i was wearing shorts. I returned for one I could velcro on over or under leggings.

Has helped my knee pain immensely. I could hardly walk using my knee before this brace. Company is very fast and responsive at any and all concerns
