Effective and Easy-to-Use Cleaner – Highly Recommended!
I’m really impressed with the Lubegard 96030 Kool-It Evaporator and Heater Foam Cleaner! It worked wonders on my car’s air conditioning system. The cleaner is easy to apply, and it effectively removed the dirt and debris from the evaporator and heater, which improved airflow and the overall efficiency of the system. My AC is running cooler, and there’s no more unpleasant odor. It’s a great product for anyone looking to maintain their car’s HVAC system and ensure it runs at its best. Highly recommend it for keeping your car’s air system clean and fresh!

Solid product without the terrible smell.
Pretty solid product. I've used it a few times over the years and found it to be very effective. It has a decent minty smell that I find disipates after a day or so unlike some harsher more "chemically" scented products.I've used it through the condensation drain or through the air intake vent on my windshield and it worked well either way.

Best yet?????
You get less product for your money; however, of some of the others (such as an evaporator cleaner from Home Depot or Nextzett purchased here on Amazon) this one worked the best. I read and followed the directions each time and up to this point the smell comes back right away. Well, with this one I sprayed the entire can again (took 15 seconds) and thought: "That's it?" Well, continued with the directions. It was humid for Father's Day and used the A/C the whole day. The next day it was not and I didn't get a hint of the musty/moldy smell that used to come from the vents. The next day was the same. It has been three days now since I used it and no smell. We'll see about it long term but if the results are the same over the next couple days, then I'll be purchasing this again for my Camry.

It Works!
2007 Ford Expedition EL Limited front evap has no filter (bad design imo), 267k miles. It works by assisting the breakdown of the clogged fins. Remove blower motor and stuff wifh towel, also place towels on the floor board. Spray this stuf everywhere and let it sit for 20 mims. I used the tube and hooked it up to the air gun, filled up the 50 foot air hose hose with water and high pressure (125psi) rinsed the chemicals off. Then used a rubber hose attached the the tube and let it dance around in the evap box blowing it out more. Blows great now. See pix.

Smells great like wrigglies spearmint
Left both of my cars with a great minty smell. Audi and the worst offender the jeep grand cherokee. I used both down the front vent ant left it sitting for a while and then a day later it smelled great

50% chance of getting a dead one
When these work, they work well - I use them to clean the AC condenser when I change the cabin air filters in my Tesla Model 3.HOWEVER, about half of them are duds when I go to use them: They don't foam. When they do foam, they smell nice and hopefully help clean the coil. When it's a dud - it barely comes out and it's more of a liquid...(not worth returning though, as most of the work is in getting to the air filters)

Eliminates that Hyundai smell
Put this in every year through the drain hose. Eliminates the smell and rinses the condenser. Easy ten minute job. Takes me longer to remove the floor mat than it does to use this stuff.

Nice concept, but it didn't help
The good: It has a straw that helps get it to the coil. The bad: 1) I purchased two cans of the Lubegard Kool-It Evaporator & Heater Foam cleaner. 2) The can contains only 6 ounces of 'foaming' cleaner. 3) It didn't help.(The first time:) I purchased this product on Amazon and I followed the packaging directions and online videos by the manufacturer and put the provided straw up the A/C drain of my vehicle. I shook the can well and dispensed it all into the tube. I used a borescope inspection camera with a light and I removed the blower motor from my vehicle and put the borescope through that hole to monitor the foam hitting the coil. The camera verified that it covered the coil, then I let it sit for about 30 minutes and ran the A/C as instructed to "self-rinse" the product off with the AC system. I do feel like the can was more liquid than foam, though. I did shake the can well before using.I feel as if the smell got worse.(The second time:) I bought another can of this same product through a local retailer that sold the same product, thinking, maybe I just needed to do it again. This was about 3 weeks later. This time, I used the borescope camera to apply the foam on the coil from above and not through the drain hose. I followed all the directions provided and let the vehicle sit for about 30 minutes, then ran it to self-rinse the product off with the AC system.I still feel that the coil smells as bad, if not worse.I wish there was a better way to access these coils rather than having to tear apart the entire dashboard. I have checked the entire dash with the camera, and it is clear.Anyhow, for $16-20/each for 6 oz. of cleaning product, I don't feel like it contains enough cleaner for the price. I should have shopped around more.Good luck with your A/C systems. Hopefully you have a better experience than I have.
