I purchased this to help with my overall digestive, urinary tract and reproductive health. It comes well packaged. The little individual single serving packets are nice for when traveling or on the go. The flavor is almost non detectable and is pleasant. So it can be put into just about anything. It dissolves quickly. I have been using this for a month. I am beginning to have more balance eliminations and the vaginal irritation is resolving. I will continue to use this. I am very p!eased.

No Flavor!

After using a MUCH more expensive similar product I gave this one a try. I am so glad I did. The idea is to “wake up” the little gut buddies in water versus your stomach acid. In this way, they absorb water first and don’t die from acid, ensuring most actually reach your gut where they are supposed to go instead of dying in your stomach. I have trouble with intermittent constipation and this stuff produces reliable and gentle solutions to that problem. I can only guess as to the other miracles happening. Possibly the best supplement value on Amazon. Customer for life which will be longer because of this amazing probiotic.
