I've been using this product since two thousand. It works. I use it for gingling cysts, and my thumbs would lock down and that became extremely painful.I read it somewhere that P5P. Is the active form of B6 and it is the form that you want, and it is the most effective. I can attest to the fact that it does work. I take two every day in the morning, and i've never had a gangling cyst, come back or any problems with my fingers locking up.

Long story short - after some online research my wife found that P5P can be an effective treatment for my trigger finger. I take one of these twice a day in the morning and evening and trigger finger gone! I stopped taking it to test it's effectiveness and the condition was back in a couple of days.
