This step works, it is perfect! If you put it on your car and the step is slanted, you did it wrong (happened to me). Look at the side of the box. It shows how to make the angle adjustment. Easy 2 second adjustment. Now my step is perfectly aligned. I am 5'3" and can easily reach my car roof rack.

I bought this to specifically give me a step so I could load my kayak on my rack and tie it down much easier. Decent construction but you may want to make sure the vehicle you are using it on can support you on it.

This well made handy gadget is so easy to use! It is helpful to have when trying to wash the top of my SUV. I could never clean and wash the glass on the sun and moon roofs on my SUV but this step has solved that problem! It’s easy to fasten into place and quickly stand up on it-even for this 57 year old grandma! It is easily stored in a container in the back of my vehicle.

So this is built very well. It’s heavy and a good value for the money. I have a Dodge Grand Caravan and it’s very wobbly on it. While I can use it, it moves around too much so I haven’t away. It would be very nice if it fit well but I would say it doesn’t fit every car.
