I too have small ears and they're very comfortable. They sound amazing as well.

if you are looking for a good isolation you need to change brand. final isn't the best. better are shure designed for in ear monitoring.

The E3000 does not have a mic. The E3000c does have a mic with call answer and track control, but no reference is made for volume control.

Q: Anyone tried these while sleeping on your side? Listed online as good sleepers. If not, any suggestions?

Depends on the shape of your ears. I have slept on em accidentally. They’re not that small so they stick out a bit, so won’t be that comfortable. If you wanna sleep in one, probably look for smaller buds.
