DON'T BUY THIS
Mine was defective. The on/off button worked but it never lit up. I tried 5 times then gave up. I tried to return it but an error message came up saying that this item is not eligible for return. I called AMAZON customer service and was told that As the item is a third party seller item, we're unable to accept returns of this item. We would highly recommend that you contact the manufacturer for any assistance with warranty, replacement, or refund information They gave me a contact number located in CHINA and an email address. The phone number did not work and the seller never responded to my email. After a week I called AMAZON customer service back and a differend representative who actually facilitated a refund. I was told that I could keep the item. I don't want it. It does not work. It is very heavy and bulky. I should have known that when it was only $199.00 it would just be a piece of junk.Brenda Simmons

I see new hair Growth!
Ok I skeptical about this and waited 5 weeks before submitting a review, I had very thin see through hair on top and I now see a lot on new growth coming in all over, very excited about this easy to use lazer helmet! I use it faithfully every other day for 25 minutes. Anxious to see what happens by the 12th week!

Broke after 3 months
I bought this in August and it now will not turn on. The button just flashes. There’s no support from the company. DO NOT BUY.UPDATE - The company reached out and gave me a full refund. I still wouldn't recommend the product, but I did want to note that the company made it right.

Not comfortable on my head because I’m very tender headed but it functions as it is supposed to!
Appreciate the product and I’m sure it’s effective according to the many positive reviews. My doctor advised me personally not to use due to my personal hair loss issues but I hope I am able to purchase this again in the future as the seller has been so generous in allowing me to return. They are very kind and helpful to their customers and I truly appreciate that.

Good results over first two months of use.
I am female and in my early 60's. I had developed a receding hairline. I have been using the helmet for 2 months. The first thing I noticed was less hair in my hairbrush. Now I can definitely see my original hairline coming back. I am very happy with the results of this product.

2nd try and broke again. Do NOT buy
I purchased this and it worked great for a few months. Then at next use, it would not turn on. Controller would beep, but lights would not turn on. Took some doing, but reached the companies customer service. They sent me a replacement. Used it twice. Third time, it quit working just as the first. Total waste of money. Do NOT purchase from this company. Products are defective and will not continue to work.

DON’T BUY
I bought 2 and they both stopped working within 2 months. Non-returnable. I repeat, DO NOT BUY!!!!! Now they are trying to say they will refund me if I send them video proof they don’t work. I kept one and threw away the other. They are only saying this because of my review. DO NOT BUY!!!!!
