The product is great and as described! Easy to setup and is really sturdy! It's the perfect size for my dogs with just enough space not to feel cramped. I can fit a pretty large bed and 3 grass mats in case of emergencies.The only thing I would recommend is swapping the wing butterfly bolts with regular hex nuts. The wing butterfly bolts stick out a lot and I wouldn't be surprised if I get scratched or jabbed in the future.

Product wise. It's a good product and easy installation. The bad is it didn't come with any usable instructions. Had to look up product on YouTube for instructions. Other bad is the package came with a damage leg and some nuts, bolts and brackets all over inside the package.

Got a new rescue a few months ago and he just cannot be trusted in the house alone ... I felt awful having to crate him when I went to work so I ordered this pen. Set the darn thing up in the living room but hey, if you have a small house you do what you got to do! After I set it up (he was in the crate while I was doing it) I showed it to him and when I went to the kitchen to get something to drink, I turned around and he was in it. To be assured that it would not slide if he jumped on it, I put non-skid yoga mats under it (Gorilla Mats are super). It has been up almost a week and is still intact and I don't feel like a horrible pet parent any more!

It was packaged poorly and as a result, was missing a few nuts. Also, two of the panels were a damaged but they got the job done. Amazon doesn't provide customer service for this vendor and when I called the manufacturer, they refused to help. The funny part... It was just a few nuts that would have cost them pennies to send out. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING FROM ALEKO!!!

Not the best quality but perfect for our dogs in the garage with a dog dog outside. We attached it to the wall so we ended up putting one extra panel on the length sides. So 3 deep and two wide. It later nice to be able to do that. The other options we found we would have been storing one side of a kennel bc again we attached to to the wall. Lightweight and super easy to put together. Little uneven but not bad enough to make me go crazy. Like this and would buy it again. Also it fits our German short hair and two small dogs with water bowl, 3 food bowls, and large round dog bed just fine.

We got this for our new puppy so she could have a place to stay when we were out of the house... it's not that hard to assemble (just a lot of pieces); I was able to put it together alone in less than 30min.I like the sturdiness of it; my dog often jumps and leans on the walls and it doesn't move at all.The gate is good and easy to open for us, but I doubt the dog can unlock it.Only bad thing: there is a bar on the top part of the gate, so every time we go in/out we have to duck... I understand it's needed for the structure to be solid but it could be a little higher, so a normal person would not need to duck all the time...

I ordered two and will be ordering another one soon! It took two of us 30 minutes to assemble both. They look wonderful and are very sturdy.Three of my Chinese Shar Pei fit in one with room but I like them to have more space so, there's two pei in one and a standard poodle and another pei in the other. There's so much room in there!Highly suggest these!

The pen would probably be a 5 star product if not for the truly terrible packing job that the company did. It was so beat up that the UPS lady actually had me come look at the box before unloading it to see if I wanted it.They packed it in a cardboard box with almost no tape, and three of those plastic cords tied around it. The box was practically shredded by the time it got here. The only padding on the inside were tiny squares of bubble wrap that started out on the corners of the panels (I only know this because one panel managed to keep them on). The brackets and screws were not in a bag, they were screwed to various spots on the panels. Many fell off and because the box wasn't taped and tore open, pieces were lost. The panels themselves got pretty scratched up in places and even a little bent on one area although it still seems sturdy. Even the instructions lost the staple that held the sheets together.Because pieces were missing and I didn't want to wait on getting replacement pieces from the manufacturer (if they would even send them) I bought more screws at the hardware store. One of the parts for holding the panels together was missing though which was not something they carried as its specific to the product. I basically jury rigged something I had in the garage and used that one in the back corner.After all was said and done though, I'm happy with the finished product. It was easy to put together myself (aside from the issues with missing pieces). It seems sturdy although I'm sure a very determined dog could get out even if you put a roof on it. Please talk to a professional dog trainer if your dog is a major escape artist, especially if it's due to separation anxiety!I got this for my board & train program since I am a dog trainer. I'm happy with it and I think it will work very well for me!Oh and the flooring in the picture are just a couple of those entry rugs you see in stores. I got them at the hardware store too.
