Terrific no carb flour
Great flour was able to make biscuits following "HighfalutinLowCarb " keto flour dream biscuits. They came out terrific also made cookies.

Interesting stuff
I am intrigued by this product & still learning how to use it. It is crazy light & fluffy. I can see why they say to weigh it instead of going by standard measure.

Absolutely horrible
The media could not be loaded. I can't believe the product I rec'd is correct... it looks like it missed a couple manufacturing steps. Instead of powdery its almost flaky, for lack of a better word. Kind of reminds me of the old fashioned rockwool Insulation. Not flour! Thinking it might have been damp I dehydrated it for 24 hours at 145°F - nope!Did I get a bad batch?

Not so great
I'm having trouble with this flour. So far it makes me burn food because it doesn't brown and sticks to my air fryer grate almost ruining it.

Not for baking
This bamboo fiber resembles small cotton balls. It is not a fine powder like flower and I do not recommend using it for baking.
