Sew Your Own Unicorn Cake Pillow (Klutz)

This is an easy fun project for an after noon. A few criticisms though;The sewing needle provided was extremely poor quality and the metal (not stainless steel) had degraded and was rough to the tough.The circle of fabric for the base was not the same size as the top and had to be cut down to size, the strip of material that formed the wall of the 'cake' and joined the base and top was short and therefore all of the pieces had to be re-cut to fit together.Other niggles, the book showed lots of decorating options, but not all the pieces were included in the kit, there were not enough for example to make a rainbow unicorn.It's not a bad kit, it could be better if more money were spent on the materials, and less on the one off glossy book of instructions.

having previously ordered the klutz llama pillow kit , i was alittle disappointed with the unicorn pillow. Its not a pillow but a soft ornament/ plush toy. the size of a standard cake. However it is a lovely kit to make and display, and looks good. i should have read the dimensions in the small print!!
