Fixed my problem!
Does what it was supposed to do at a reasonable price. It arrived quickly but in a flimsy envelope so I was glad it was not mishandled in transit.

What does sheerness have to do with a sail switch.. The product fixed my Furnace.. Mine was not screwed in.. it was bolted with the tiniest bolts I have ever seen and they were a little corroded so installing it was a little dicey.. It did fix the problem with my furnace

Packaging was terrible. Flimsy envelope that bent the sail out of shape.
The mount holes required a 3 mm screw; After re-straightening the sail, the switch did the job in my application.

Good product, but Maybe try this first?
My atwood heater would start the fan but never ignited, it gave the the low air fault which is generally a problem this switch would fix. Anyway I fixed my old sail switch before this came in by tweaking the "sail" just bending it in micro increments to get the metal sail part a little closer to the micro switch that it presses. A little trial and error, and it ended up working again and has been going strong for months. I keep this new switch with all the other trailer spare parts in case it stops working again.

Fixed my problem
This little guy fixed an issue i was having with my trailer furnace. The sail switch would stick and would cause a condition where the furnace would initially kick on, get to temperature, thermostat would kick it off, but the sail switch would not return to its upright position causing the furnace to go into an error state when the thermostat called for heat. No problems so far this season since installing this sail switch.

Perfect fit and function in a Dometic DFSAD12131 furnace in a 2018 Escape 21
It works, and it fits the Dometic furnace. The equivalent Dometic part is difficult to obtain especially in Canada, and the part numbers for the most recent Dometic version of the switch are confused. This switch is widely available, cheap, and effective.
