NishikiRice Premium, 10 Pound

If you are looking for a rice that sticks together, this is it. It's not what I wanted.

Not had any other "premium" rice, always got the Kraft, Minute, Uncle Ben type quick rice, my woman turned me on to this as she said it was the closest thing to "real" rice you get in Japan.25 min in my insta pot with a 1:1 ratio of water and its tender yet firm and has nice stick and flavor! Definitely more filling and lasting than instant rice. I love this stuff!

Been using this rice for a while since purchase. I took it out of the bag and put it into a "cereal storage container" to keep fresher. Makes a great rice dish. Rinse a few times then soak for 15 minutes before cooking in the rice cooker and it's even better.

Sweet and firm. I use it every other day with curry, grilled salmon, and other Japanese specialties

Sticky white rice is the best

This rice is much cheaper than similar products in local grocery stores. It works well in my usual recipes.
