Tasty, but need to be aware of the higher salt content and preservatives. Good to have on standby when a fresh meal is not available. I wish they come up with a more health-safe option for regular consumption.

Great Combination Masala & Oats
I was looking for a way to make my oatmeal savory. I was tired of the same sweet take on oatmeal. This solve my problem. I also add some protein like chicken and I has great way to boost my protein for the day. It cooks fast and if you want to reduce the masala flavor you can combine it with regular oatmeal.

So flavorful! Ideal for winter breakfast. I add frozen peas or mixed veg to cool oats for immediate enjoyment and extra nutrition. I also use 1/3 cup instead of the recommended 1/2, as these are so filling.
