This product is easy to take, tastes good. And seems to give me a little more energy. I have no way of measuring the absorbency.

I started taking these on the advice of my doctor to help with chronic fatigue I’ve been having. I take one daily and it seems to be helping especially during the “afternoon slumps” many of us get. They definitely do more to help that than a cup of coffee. They taste good which is a plus especially if you are someone who has trouble swallowing pills. I will continue to take this supplement.

These looked like they had gotten wet and were half dissolved when I opened them. Maybe a bad batch that shouldn't have been shipped?

These are NOT the ones advertised...but Im trying them. The ones I first saw on the bottle were red medium sized tablets....looked like an M&M candy. But I received tint pink pills....and I went back and tried to find the first ones I saw....but Can't find now

Product work really good. It has a great taste and has boost my slow metabolism, has giving me more energy throughout my day and i can focus more.

These taste rather odd. Will not purchase again. I prefer sublingual.

Seems to be easy to absorb and it feels like it's making a difference. The price is good and it even tastes good. The best vitamin B-12 supplement I've found.
