While it says 6mm/8mm, don't be fooled. These beads are tiny and I don't think the guru bead itself is 8mm.The beads are nice enough and the elastic makes for a nice layered bracelet, but if you have big hands or arthritis, I wouldn't get this for the purpose of meditating.

Better than I thought! For the value of money I was not expecting anything jaw dropping, however, the color is bright and vibrant, the stretch is nice since I wrap them around my wrist, I’ve only had them for about a month but they seem sturdy considering I wear them while I train horses. I will update this review is anything changes in the near future.

I purchased this years ago, was nice wood with elastic strands. I’m now using them for kitchen hold backs and purchased another. Beads feel more plastic or coated, and not as elastic.

This mala looks nice and feels good in my hand. The beads are smaller than other malas and I like that. A mala with smaller beads is easy to take with me. Have only had it a few weeks but the quality is good and I expect it to last -- time will tell.

The string is elastic. If you need a knotted cotton string mala you should know these beads are strung on elastic.

I bought this item before years ago for my husband and the product lasted longer than I thought it would. I wish it had a better water proof string as he is in the ocean often. But other than that, it’s a great item and of course I will buy it when the ocean wins again.

I love everything about it
