Jasco 86661 Hands-Free Headset with Boom Mic

I have trouble keeping this close enough to my face when I speak into it. I have to hold it in place with my hand, thus eliminating the benefit of hands free. Where is the former Jasco headset in ear headset that worked so well?

As a career coach, I talk on the phone 4-8 hours per day. The headset has been perfect with clear sound and people tell me they don't hear background noise--once I was even at an indoor public swimming pool and my client could hear me fine! I recommend it to others that I work with. I did purchase the headset adapter in order to use it with my Samsung cell phone, as the jack on the headset is too small for cell phones.

I don't think the headset means for HUMAN 'head', there's no way to adjust it to line up with anyone's ear and mouth. Waste plastic material, polute environment, took my money for a garbage product.

This is so comfortable I forget I am wearing it. The sound and volume adjustment options fit all my office needs.
