Placed in freezer as per instructions to use as a cold pack. Removed 4 hours later, only some areas of the pack appeared to be cold. Placed pack on my lower leg & within less than a minute the pack was warm. Placed back into the freezer, removed several hours later & still some areas of the pack appeared not to be cold. Placed pack on lower leg & again within less than a minute the "cold pack" was warm. Totally useless & a complete waste of money.

This is the second order I have bought i have severe back pain and they a perfect to be heated in micro and if just had a knee replacement so it's a perfect size for wrapping round the knee frozen when frozen they are still playable so great there too the bag that comes stoped burning the. skin of your looking for pain relief without drugs look no further. Ice pack does not contain enough gel to be effective enough, too thin to sustain cold for 20mins, decided to purchase the Flexi kold pad much more effective more gel to freeze allowing longer treatment
