I bought these full of scepticism, but was pleasantly surprised that in my case they work. I also have injections but they haven't been as successful as I had liked. I recommended these patches to four other people, all have said how amazed they are with the results.

I read about similar products to this but were 3 times the price of this one, so, after seeing these, I thought I would take a punt on them to try them out. Honestly, I thought it was probably some gimmick like the detox teas that don't do much of anything.Anyway, opened the package and the patches are about the thickness of nose strips but obviously a lot larger 😄.First thing was the smell, to me it was herbal, minty and clean, not unpleasant, in fact I quite liked the smell.Took the backing off and placed on my knee. I have crunchy joints with pain that goes straight through the middle of the kneecap. This causes issues of movement such as crouching and sometimes going up the stairs. It's not debilitating but slows things up from time to time.So........patch on and feeling VERY sceptical I continued on with my day.First thing was the heat and sort of tingling that the patch was causing. Ok, I thought, go with it!!!Within half an hour, I had no pain and was able to bend the knee without it crunching.I drove to the shops, walked around, picked up a few bits and all was well. (BTW, the patches are very discreet under clothing)I kept it on for 6 hours but removed as the tingling seemed worse when standing still for periods of time. (Hence the drop of a star) When walking or moving about, I didn't feel the tingly heat.There was no redness or rash on my skin which I thought there may have been, a slight outline where the edge of the patch had been, but that soon disappeared.The bizarre thing is that I had no pain when I went to bed several hours after removing the patch and my movement of my knee in the morning was definitely better. No crunch and no pain.🤷🏻‍♀️I think if you can put up with the sensation, then they are a must. They are a game changer for me when going on long trips or just even some heavy gardening or exercise.If you don't like them, gift them to a friend that may benefit from them.For the price and relief that it offers, I would highly recommend them.

these knee patches are really good and they work. ive always been skeptical about herbal remedies but these do work.

They're ok to use for mild discomfort in the knee. Wouldn't recommend for anyone with strong pain in knees.

If sensitive skin I would not recommend I had the patch on my knee less than 5 minutes and started to burn never used again was horrible experience

So like everyone else trying to find pain relief for arthritis, Fibromialga & awaiting a knee replacement. Ordered these in hope, they do smell a bit herbal obviously, but they are easy to use and not bulky like the other heat pads, did help a little so ordered more to see longterm, as have them on my hip & both knees fingers x.

Whilst easy to apply, the product had little or no effect on my painful knee, I wouldn't buy again

It does work for awhile very pleased 😀
