I was excited to see this mask incorporates both glycolic and lactic acids! It smells a little medicinal, but I can feel it exfoliating and working almost immediately after applying it, especially with the acids and the small abrasive particles. The consistency is nice, thick and spreadable.The jar recommends washing it off after only 5 minutes and using it just one or two times a week. Even after just one use, my skin definitely felt smoother and refreshed. I like using it whenever I start to struggle with breakouts; it really seems to help my skin feel less congested and feel more refreshed.This mask doesn't irritate my skin unless I have open blemishes or damaged skin. Then, it slightly stings. (The product packaging cautions against applying it near the eyes.)This is exactly what I was looking for.

This face mask is really nice. It felt nice and gentle on my skin. This is a rinse off face mask, so you rub it into your skin, let it sit for 5 minutes, and then rinse it off with water. I thought my skin felt really smooth after using this. I like it.

Be very careful with this mask, it is extremely strong and not for sensitive skin or beginners. I am pretty advanced in my skincare capabilities so I was confident I could handle this mask, well I was wrong, this stuff is potent lol, so it did clear my skin and provide a glow but it was burning half way through the treatment so I washed the mask off, not sure I’d use this again, I think it’s too strong.

This mask is a nice, gentle mask that I use for clearing away dead skin and oil buildup. While I think the smaller exfoliating beads make sense for a Korean skincare brand and I appreciate that they are not sharp on sensitive skin, they are also not the main point of the mask. This mask contains exfoliating acids, which I use often as someone with acne and oily skin concerns. This definitely cleared up the surface of my skin a bit more than my usual routine does. I can feel the difference because when I lightly rub the surface of my face after being out for a day, I don't come away with clumps of dead skin and oil.This is a skincare concern that I don't see a lot of representation for. Acid exfoliants sometimes exacerbate this buildup because they cause more dead skin to be released and it gets caught in my sunscreen, which is necessary after exfoliating for protection. So this leaves me with a weird greasy layer that I clean with a stronger, scrubby acid mask every few days. This serves that purpose well and I personally really like the clean feel it leaves behind. You do have to moisturize afterwards since this is a clearing mask, not a hydrating one, but it works well in my routine for that purpose.Overall verdict: specific but perfect for me, might not be for you if you don't have oily skin.

It comes boxed, unsealed. There is a plastic cover under the lid. The mask is clay with fine abrasives, which you gently massage onto clean, dry skin and leave for up to 5 minutes before washing. I left it on a little longer and didn't experience any irritation, but I exfoliate regularly. It doesn't say how thick to apply it. There's no added fragrance; it smells like water. It rinses off easily. My skin looked a little renewed afterwards. I also thought it would feel softer, but there was no noticeable difference. It's $24.99. It says for best results, use 1-2x a week, so maybe results get better over time. I'm not hugely impressed so far and probably wouldn't reorder this.

This worked well for me. It was gentle on my skin, though I do make a point not to use it often (as it doesn't need to be sued often). Major props for being cruelty-free, it makes it an even better purchase.

This exfoliating mask worked great on my sensitive, oily skin. I always need to be extra cautious when using exfoliating masks because they tend to be harsh and stripping on my sensitive skin, but I had no problem with this one. It left my skin feeling really soft and there was no redness or harsh scrubbing required. Left my skin with a nice bounce and glow.

This is a gentler version of a face scrub and a mask, 2-in-1, that also has chemical exfoliants along with a physical one. It has a slight sweet, almost tangy, brown sugary smell but no added fragrance. Creamy, mousse-y texture with soft grains that feel smaller than sugar. It's not too harsh on my skin but I don't scrub it in beforehand, I do so after it's sat for 5 mins, while rinsing. It does a good job at making my pores look clean and doesn't leave an odd film behind. I don't use it more than once a week but I do use it when my skin feels more congested, like it has build up and it helps regulate things to a clear state. I'm hoping with more use this will lessen the buildup but we shall see.
