These Shilajit Gummies have been a nice addition to my daily supplement routine for the past few weeks as they combine Himalayan Shilajit, Sea Moss, and Ashwagandha. Not sure which of three has been having the most positive effect, or if its the combination, but I have noticed a boost of energy when taking them, as well as a better mood overall. Whether it's powering through workouts or staying alert during long work hours, the natural energy boost has been consistent and sustained.​ The gummies are easy to take and have a pleasant taste, making them a convenient addition to my daily routine. They are a bit sugary, but I prefer my gummies to feel like candy and these are ones I look forward to taking. Their natural ingredients and its positive effect makes them easy to recommend.​

I have been using Himalayan shilajit for several months now and have been very pleased with the results. Until now I have been using it in the standard resin form, which is very similar to tree sap in texture. I have been dissolving it in my morning coffee, but thought that I might give these gummies a try.I do really love the convenience of just removing a gummy from the jar when I want my daily dose. The jar is very well sized and is easy to open and close with a nice wide mouth. I have not had any difficulty in reaching in to remove a single cube, which can be difficult with other containers which have smaller openings sometimes.Of course, taste is a very subjective thing, but I found that the sugar coating on the outside made the gummies at least tolerable, if not mildly tasty. It really depended on the time of day that I took them. If I chewed one up and then followed that with a swig of my coffee, it wasn’t too bad, but taken alone, later in the day, I was not super impressed. The upside is that it did not have an aftertaste at all. Once chewed and swallowed, I could move on with my life without having to keep tasting it. Like I implied before, it was not unpleasant, just not what I would call flavorful. In regards to the texture, it is closer to a gumdrop sugared candy than a gummy bear.Some of the shilajit I have had in the past also included ashwagandha, but this is my first time with sea moss. I do not know what the benefits of sea moss are, but I have always heard good things about the ashwagandha.After I finish off this jar, I expect that I will probably return to my resin, but that is purely due to personal preference. The shilajit is virtually undetectable in my coffee.In conclusion, I think that this could be a great alternative to the resin for people who need it, and for them, I would not have any reservations recommending these gummies.

Ok. I have to say first, the taste is delicious! I was honestly SCARED to try it because I was sure it would taste like sea moss and shilajit. But it doesn’t AT ALL. It’s like a candy gumdrop flavored like… I think raspberry. The cubes and the container both feel like really nice quality.I’m giving three stars for now because although it is delicious, I don’t know that I’ve noticed any effects (at least, yet). But I’ll come back later to say.

I liked the flavor of these but they are very sugary, you can see in the photos they are coated in sugar crystals. No complaints other than the fact that I want to eat them like candy.

When taking the lid off of the product, the tinfoil on top was open. I would like to return the item and receive a replacement.

My husband has been taking these and he’s feeling better all the way around. I listen and watch and he’s more active. I’m going to continue these for him. The value is good for a monthly subscription. Must taste hood because he hasn’t mentioned any bad taste and he would.

The taste is good and feel a positive effect so far.

I've been taking these consistently for the last week or so. I've noticed no significant gains in energy level since any sort of change can be chalked up to sleeping better, less overall stress, and other factors. So, your mileage may vary, as with all supplements.I will say though, this particular gummy has been rather enjoyable to consume. It has a lightweight medicinal taste that tastes more mature than the typical gummy bear supplement. Each cube gummy is coated in sugar and has a honey/tart taste. I quite liked chewing them since they had a condensed jello texture. It was easy to have them fit into my life since they didn't require too much chewing.
