I primarily use my phone to listen to streaming music, but sometimes I'm in an area where I don't have a signal or my phone's battery is low and I don't want to risk draining the battery further by using it to stream music. This audio player is a great backup plan for those times so I'm never without my music or audiobooks.The player is built nicely and is small but sturdy. Music was easy to load when I attached it to my computer. The computer recognized it immediately and it was simple to drag and drop the files. The player's interface is easy to use and its memory size can accommodate enough music to entertain you for months and months. The battery life is also good.One thing that impressed me most is this gadget's ability to play FLAC files. If you're not familiar with a FLAC file, they're higher quality than MP3s and sound better when they're played in your car or over your headphones. Most audio players won't play these files, though. This one does. That's pretty impressive.Great little gadget here that I'm happy to have. It provides an excellent backup to play music if my phone is available. It's also nice to take with me when I'm walking through my neighborhood for exercise and don't really feel like carrying my bulky phone with me in my gym shorts.

This little Mp3 Player does play music at an overall good playback quality and also has numerous other features, however, much of them seem to be more filler/gimmicky than practical.The MP3 Player itself is surprisingly well made and has a nice 2000's charm in its design, the screen resolution is acceptable for its size and has a nice brightness to it while also being a touch screen as well. The sound quality playback is good, not the best, but very satisfactory when used with headphones/earbuds. It does have an internal speaker; it is decent at best in sound quality. It's more clearly audible when within 3ft, or arm's length, if you want the best sound experience. Anything past that and it becomes more of an ambient noise maker, which is something that I personally like about it, it's not too distracting but just enough to be heard and understood.The other features such as the pedometer, video player, E-book reader, alarm and voice recorder; all to work but seem to be somewhat obsoleted and needed, or at least to me. All these things, including the music player can all be done on almost any smartphone/tablet nowadays and are A LOT easier to do on them as well. Mostly this is due to smartphones/tablets having a bigger screen. This is especially the case when it comes to the "E-book" feature, which I am unable to turn the page(s) or even know how too in the first place.The main attraction for this MP3 player is its size and storage capacity, at least for me that is. I generally don't like to use my phone for playing music when on-the-go just because I know I'll end up killing my battery. And when I do find myself listening to music in my vehicle, I am also using data as well, which is limited for me. So having some this MP3 player allows me to load my music onto it and just use it as an independent music player that is free from internet usage, while also not having to think about having to charge my phone.The Bluetooth is quite impressive, I was able to pair the MP3 player with numerous speakers and headphones/earbuds with no problem. Better yet, the range of the connection is about 20 ft, which is more than enough range for most uses. The battery life is pretty long as well, I was able to use it with the MP3 Players speaker playing for nearly 7 hours. I'm pretty sure if i used headphones/earbuds or a speaker that it might go up to possibly 10 hours.The one thing however that I do not like about this product is the terrible earbuds they give you, the best thing I can say about them is that "they're better than nothing..." but seeing that the MP3 player has a speaker, you're better off using the internal speaker. The quality of the earbuds is possibly worse than those you would find at the dollar store. DEFINITELY, you're going to need to use your own headphones/earbuds; luckily the Blue Tooth works really well.Overall, this MP3 player is easy to use, looks good, built solid and has good overall sound playback quality. Though most of its additional features maybe niche, obsolete and/or gimmicky when compared to the same capabilities of smartphones/tablets, it still has it use as an independent MP3 Player, which might be all that one needs/wants in the first place. To me it's a device based on a design from a simpler time of MP3 music players. Just do REMEMBER that you may have to buy some better headphones/earbuds...

The battery life is pretty good on this thing and it's really easy to use. Very good value for the money if you have a younger child that bugs you for your phone all of the time. It functions kind of like a regular player does and buttons are easy to use. Very good quality sound.
