Great value, ingredients great, easy to swallow, I had no ill side effects. Clean ingredients, the pills are smaller than that Ubiquinol QH by Jarrrow so much nicer that they are easier to swallow! When I read others say that the capsules were stuck together, I thought I would deal with it. But it's way worse than just stuck together. It's one big ball glued so hard that they will not come out of the bottle and when I attempt to pry one off, the capsule tears open. I tried to return it, but was denied.I wrote to the company an received no replyDO NOT BUY.If this obvious quality failure is not enough for you, think about the quality of the CoQ10.

This supplement provides 200mg of Ubiquinol per capsule. They are small and easy to swallow. I did have an issue with many of the capsules stuck together when first opened. The photo shows the one of the little piles I had to pull apart. I don't know if they were affected by humidity along the shipping route....but they came apart without getting damaged. I'd think they need a better desiccant in the bottle. Suggested use is one a day, so at that rate this bottle will last about 4 months.
