I love that these are in soft gel form and are easy to swallow. It's worth noting that you only have to take one which is great for me because I take enough pills as it is. I do wish the dosage was higher because I would prefer 400 mg is supposed to 200 mg. But, I appreciate that this is a simple and straightforward formula with one ingredient. Having to double it for the dosage that I want does make it less cost-effective and I don't find that these are different or special enough via how they affect my body to warrant switching brands.

I found the softgels to be easy to swallow.One thing to note is that the product is manufactured in China.
