I have ordered a total of 100 pieces so it will be very time consuming to assemble them. But they are serving the purpose for poppies at a dedication of a park as poppies do not bloom in the fall.

I got these both because of the appealing colors and as a summer project to do with my granddaughter. She's 8 and did not have any trouble assembling these by herself. There seemed to be just one part missing (a cap to hold the spinner part in place), but we think we can find something to sub for it in my husband's shop. I have used a clear rubber band as a temporary measure (works fine), but once the pinwheel is out in the sun for a while, that rubber band will rot. I really like the longer poles on these pinwheels, especially with the little pointy ends which facilitates placement in the ground. This set is just a little less expensive than buying them at the local craft store (already assembled), but the fun of putting them together as a project makes this set worthwhile.

I wanted to love these, but from assembly, they just didn't really spin. I tried adjusting the clear plastic spacer, but nothing really worked. If they are aligned exactly with a strong wind, they'll spin, but no lazy magical twirls for these pinwheels. They've also bleached out a lot and have only been in my yard 2-3 weeks.

Finally messed up a pinwheel.....If you want an art project this is what you should get. Putting these together with absolutely no instruction and they don't fit right. However it's a terrible choice they're made poorly.

These were super easy to assemble, and are great colors! If you are looking for something fun for a summer get together with kids, this is a great option.

Returned. Quality of something that seemed destroyed before it was assembled.

i am using in my balcony to stay away wild birds. Its helpful.

I had a hard time setting the windmills up. To be honest, they don't setup well and are not very effective outside. Even with a proper setup, the don't spin right.I do not recommend them. Waste of money and waste of setup time.

Well constructed and colorful but there is so much mass to rotate that only a VERY strong wind will cause them to turn.
