My Dr took me off my prescription for D3 and said I could use over the counter because I didn't need 50,000 IU, once a week, anymore. I bought this and my hair is very thankful! I Found out by the doctorthat i have a vitamin D deficiency and it was great to be able to find these vitamins both together D3&K2 they say it helps your body to absorb calcium into your bones and as a Senior that's important to me great product feels like its starting to work has a yummy berry flavor taste i got the chewables couldnt beat the price.

This is a chewable vitamin. The taste isn’t bad, a little sweet. It’s good for the value.

This product should be "the poster child" for "what's really in our supplements?" because is supposed to be vitamins D3-K2, so I put it in my mouth (to take with some water) but it immediately tastes like candy! So I thought maybe it's chewable like some B-12's, but label says nothing about being chewable or to put under your tongue..So why is it sweet?!I don't know what to make of it, can't help but feel like it's some kind of "placebo", so I Will not be buying again.

excellent for your health

These taste great, and assume they are working. My numbers are always good with K2D3, especially the melts which do not have to go through the stomach/liver system, but right to the blood stream.
