Like the fact that when I wore it the first couple of months the fitting was amazing..... But after that you have to think, it is a silicone band “rubber” and it will eventually stretch over time. So if your looking for a band to workout in this will work. Oh make sure after you wash your hands dry them throughly my finger had gotten irritated.
