Our kids were recently featured in their class production of the "Mayflower" and we needed a costume for King George. This outfit was such a hit with everyone!Is it authentic to the time period? Who knows? Is it adorable? Yes!It's got pretty universal sizing, so almost anyone of any age in elementary school could wear it as it's essentially a cape and velcro crown rather than a full costume.That's actually a great thing if you're putting these types of productions together on a tight budget. I know this is only a play set but when it came I was quite pleased with how nice it looked. I am sure that when my grandsons play with this they will enjoy the soft, luxurious feeling of this cape and get a thrill wearing the regal crown. The color is beautiful bright red, with the trim on the edge. I am just a bit sorry there is not a royal scepter included, it certainly would have been an appropriate item for "his highness" to have. I will make it a point of looking for one when I am out shopping sometime. So if you have a young prince in your home who wants to dress the part, try this cape.

Greus King costume is quite nice. This costume is good quality and the picture shows it on a 4 year old. The crown adjusts to people 4-adult. With a 4 year old the cape hangs just off the floor. I love that this costume is adjustable so we can use it at church for a wise man costume on multiple sized kiddos or whenever we need a king for dramatic play. The kids get this out frequently to try on and play in. It is holding up well to use. Good purchase.

This is the perfect gift for kids that are treated like royalty, especially at grandma and grandpa's house. This is a cute set of cape and crown. The cape is quite soft, and the crown is accommodating for larger heads. My son really enjoyed running around in this.
