On the day of 1st August 2024, We had received this airrobo vacuum cleaner but when we came to go read the instructions. We had come to know that we got the item that did not have mopping. On the same day, we wanted to return/exchange this item and now we put a return complaint to return this time, but the employee wasn't allowing us to return/exchange the product. But the employee wasn't allowing us to exchange/return this item when it clearly that it can be replaced within 7 days. Please justify the reason we were not allowed to return/exchange this. Thank you

I caught this on sale, paid no more that $95 all together!. I'm very pleased with my purchase. At first I was a little iffy due to the fact that I never heard of the brand but I'm glad I followed through with my purchase. It does an amazing job. It picks up lint, pet hair, litter, everything you don't see. After the first charge it charges pretty quick. You can track it through your house via, it has a find me feature through the app. It also comes with a remote so you're able to kinda control ot like a toy car. Comes with a tool to manage any tangles in the brush. I could go on and on. Try it fir your. It's not some flimsy cheap vacuum. I'd recommend to any and everybody.

It’s not super loud you could easily watch a tv show while this is vacuuming around your feet. Has high and low suction and have not turned it off low as it is quieter and cleans quite well. If my wife would put her clothes away in the laundry basket and not on the floor next to the basket the vacuum would almost never get stuck. I have found that if you do a little organizing and put obstacles like chairs all pushed against each other it will navigate around them better than if they were spaced out around a dinner table and take less time “figuring out” how to get around it 5 months of using it 3x a week and it’s working great but a wheel is a lot squeaky however I’m sure some wd-40 would fix the noise

I use it almost every day. It’s pretty good at just picking up the little stuff. It will announce itself when it is stuck, returning back, or starting to clean which is nice. The app is alright but I realized I might have not received the remote it was supposed to come with.

The good: Initial setup and app install were easy. 2 firmware updates were installed before 1st use and the vacuum was ready. So far it sucked up everything on the floor; crumbs, dust, cat litter and hair without issue. Made it over the transition between rooms easily.The bad: Unlike higher end vacuums, it cannot detect obstacles on the floor, sock, cables, etc and will go over it and possibly get stuck. It does not seem to save the floor layout \ map between Auto cleaning cycles. I would like it to visit each room and section of each room (under the bed, table, far corner, etc) each cleaning cycle but it does not. It revisits the same areas several times but can ignore an entire room completely. It had trouble returning to the docking station after getting stuck and cleaning was paused (map seems to be lost each time) and didn't know how to return. Hopefully this can be improved with future firmware and software updates.
