I got these to help with night time trips to the loo ( its an age thing ).Ill cut straight to the point, I would say they have helped ( even when I have a couple of months supply left ).I use to get up at least twice a night , but now finding myself occasionally sleeping through or just making the one trip to the bathroom.The tablets themselves are small, which is a good thing as most things like this are normally the size of horse tablets and I am not great at swallowing pills.There are 120 tablets which give you a 4 month supply which I think is very reasonable as other pills are normally 1 or 2 months at best.There is no nasty after taste like some pills so that gets a 5 star rating alone from me.Just take with something to eat and a glass of water to follow, nice and simple.Well worth giving these a try if you are up and down all night visiting the bathroom

Small capsules with light brown stuff inside.No obvious taste or smell, easy to swallow.Ordered due to the rumours of positive effects on night time trips to the bathroom.These do seem to be true, but not a total solution, in that trips are down from every 2 hours to once or twice a night.So...in my case a qualified success.

As a man in my 30s, I'm always looking for ways to maintain my vitality and well-being. This supplement has become a staple in my daily routine, and I've noticed a positive impact on my prostate health and urinary function. As part of my prostate protection programme, the use of this Pygeum is to combine this particular ingredient along-with my 160mg of Saw Palmetto, (in soft-gel form, because soft-gels achieve better absorption rates) and together with this Pygeum; this would then replace my single ‘Pygeum and Saw Palmetto’ complex product, which was out-of-stock at the time of re-ordering.Added to this, I also eat some pumpkin seeds; in-order to combine both of these individual supplements with the pumpkin seed oil that chewing on these seeds duly produces. I maintain a continuous daily supply of all three of these ingredients, and taking Pygeum individually; then I should get a ‘more significant’ daily intake of this ingredient, too.Now, these Pygeum capsules, (according-to the quoted potency levels) are sufficient per capsule; but the reactive element of these capsules somehow seems-to be lower than my previously combined ‘all-in-one’ Pygeum and Saw Palmetto product, as I am being interrupted ‘more’ during the night; based upon exactly the same and very strict nightly regime.This is surprising, considering that I ‘should’ be receiving more of the Pygeum; so, I will continue to wait and update this review, should this factor change for the better over time.There are 120 servings of this ‘one-a-day’ Pygeum; so, this represents good value for money; but only if it works.At-least they are suitably small capsules to make trying easier, and most should be able-to swallow these without issue; but if you ever have problems swallowing capsules; then ‘more water’ will make either these, or even much larger tablets/capsules ‘that much easier’ to swallow. i.e.; The tablet or capsule shouldn’t even touch the sides if you take these with sufficient quantities of water.So, having only replaced the Pygeum within my usual prostate complex; (which also includes Green Tea, Ellagic Acid and Cruciferous Greens) I’m struggling to recommend this product, but I will see whether this downturn starts to turn-around and get any better over time.Barring any major issues, I will still give this Pygeum product at-least 12-weeks to work, (for which there is sufficient supply within this one pot) before making a judgement, or replacing back with my original Pygeum complex product; in-order to compare the difference.So, if I don’t update this review; then my major downturn issue won’t have resolved itself; nor has it got any better over sufficient supplementation time.But it’s important to say, that my issues could just be relevant to me, and one persons’ experience could be quite different to countless others.You can only try it for yourself, because any positive differences could transform things for you; even if these haven’t yet helped me, in the way that I know that Pygeum; (along with other aforementioned products) can do.As with all purchases; it’s your choice.Plus; apologies for any mistakes within this review, as I am quite blind; and my honest reviews are only ever just ‘my personal experience’; but I hope that at-least something with in this piece was helpful to you.
