I started taking 25 percent of recommended dosage (1/2 of one gummy rather than 2 gummies daily) as I am senior woman looking to keep muscles as long as I can. They taste delicious. However, after a few days I developed a headache. Now I take two days (1/4 of recommended dosage 1250 mg instead of 5,000 mg) and skip a day or two. Headaches is common side effect of creatine.

So far so great. Flavor is good, quality is there & the texture hasn’t changed since I opened! Definitely excited for the gains!

We love - LOVE - the pineapple flavor. My husband got these to help my athlete son get his daily creatine without struggling w the powder. However, I can't find any information on this company and the name is obviously very silly. Knowing the volume of 5G of powdered creatine, it's hard for me to believe that is contained in the two tiny DELICIOUS gummies. I would love some sort of third party manufacturing audit certificate to be posted on the product page. Who knows, maybe the company will contact me with information but if I can't find something we will have to change to a known name brand next purchase, even if they aren't as tasty. Can't give these to my family otherwise.

The taste is not bad at all. I love this product but since it’s a review my one frustration with the product is the gummies do stick together and it does make it difficult to get them out. Other than that. 👍🏼 once these are up I will probably try a different gummy to hopefully fix the clumping problem.
