This product did not include the lace or the metal sticks. It was just the pop-up thermometers.

These come with NO clear instructions; a couple of pictures showing how to use them would be great, but no.After stabbing my left thumb 3 times with one of the skewers, and using MUCH profanity, I promptly wrapped them in newspaper and threw them away, and sewed up my turkey the old fashioned way.These are terrific if you like flushing money down the toilet, and likewise, if you enjoy stabbing your fingers when fumbling around with a wet raw turkey, desperately trying to figure out how to use them.,
