These are great! Perfect sizes and stay cold for awhile. It is so nice to have the strap to hold onto them with and an insulated side so your hand does not get super cold holding the ice pack.

These are quite small in size -which is why I purchased them. They heat up in 30 sec in Microwave. I have not used as cold pack yet but they should be great as well. These work great for animals as well as humans. Wrap in microfiber cloth and lay by the pet that needs some warming. They seem to calm and comfort ailing pets. Also great on the side of my neck.

These are great. I love the soft cover, you think it’s not that cold but once it’s on you for a little bit, it get plenty cold! :)

Followed the instructions to place the item in the microwave for 15seconds. If temp is not at your desired level then to put back for 5 seconds intervals each time. As i put it back in the second one of them exploded in the microwave and the little seeds went all over the microwave. I did not even get to use it at all.
