I have bought many of these shirts before and love them, they are soft and warm without being bulky.I ordered these to be delivered overnight because i was traveling and needed warmer layers so was disappointed when a message came from the seller that a problem had occurred with the shipping and the shirts would be delayed. I reached out to say that I would no longer need these shirts because I would be gone by the time they arrived and I was able to speak directly to a customer service representative named Dylan who was very understanding and cooperative and sincerely sorry for the delay. He offered to refund the shirts and the extra overnight shipping I paid and told me to keep the shirts when they arrive (they're in transit at the time of this review) to compensate for the inconvenience of not getting them in time. I was very impressed by the professional and courteous behavior with which Dylan handled my messages. I was upset because I had to run around trying to get a shirt last minute and he was kind and understanding throughout our communication. I will buy from this seller again when I need and absolutely recommend them.
