Can’t use because I am missing the seal and I’m not waiting to send it back and to get a new one so I’m stuck with something useless

I have recieved this product twice now.The first time, I recieved it without the stopper cap, which renders the product useless. And damaged packaging.(This is supposed to be a Christmas present)So I did a return, which was efficient and easy.And have just recieved, what I believe is exactly the one I returned. Taped up, but now completely broken off. And still no stopper cap.I will say that the hot water bottle is adorable. It is so soft and my mom would have loved it if it wasn't completely useless without the cap.
